How to Prepare the Herbal Juice for Vision and Memory
Ingredients:

2 fresh oranges

2 ripe bananas

3 medium carrots

300 ml boiled or purified water
Preparation:

Wash the carrots thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

Peel the oranges and bananas, then chop them for easier blending.
