How to Prepare the Herbal Juice for Vision and Memory

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh oranges

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 3 medium carrots

  • 300 ml boiled or purified water

Preparation:

  1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

  2. Peel the oranges and bananas, then chop them for easier blending.

  3. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  4. Add the water.

  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  6. Serve immediately.


How to Consume

  • Drink 1 glass every morning on an empty stomach

  • Consume 3–4 times per week for best results

  • You may add a small amount of raw honey for taste

  • For extra benefits, add a few drops of lemon juice
