Hibiscus and Lemon Tea

Refreshing Hibiscus Lemon Tea

Hibiscus Lemon Tea is a vibrant, tangy, and slightly floral drink that’s as refreshing as it is beautiful. Whether enjoyed hot or chilled over ice, this naturally caffeine-free tea is packed with antioxidants and offers a boost of hydration with a delightful burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steep the hibiscus: Place the dried hibiscus flowers or tea bags in a teapot or heat-resistant cup. Pour in boiling water and let steep for 5–7 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
  2. Strain and add lemon: Strain the tea into a cup or jug, then add sliced lemon for brightness and a hint of citrus.
  3. Sweeten (optional): Stir in honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
  4. Serve: Enjoy the tea hot, or let it cool and pour over ice for a refreshing chilled version.
