Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick), softened

For the Filling:

  • 1 No. 2 can pumpkin (20 oz or about 2½ cups)
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
