– Powdered sugar for sprinkling
**Preparation :**
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. **Cookie preparation**:
– Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
– Add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla extract.
– In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
– Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a smooth batter forms.
