Passion fruit tart with a chocolate base
Ingredients :
For the base:
• 250g chocolate biscuits (like Oreos without the cream filling)
• 100g melted butter
For the cream:
• 400g sweetened condensed milk
• 200ml heavy cream
• 150ml passion fruit juice (seeds removed)
• 3 egg yolks
For the passion fruit coulis:
• 150 ml passion fruit pulp (with seeds)
• 50 g sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornflour (diluted in 2 tablespoons of water)
