Step 5: Finalization and serving
Check for doneness:
Open the pressure cooker and check the tenderness of the vegetables with a fork. The potatoes should be tender but not disintegrated, and the cabbage should be perfectly tender.
If necessary, simmer for a few more minutes without a lid to achieve perfect cooking.
Serve hot:
Arrange the brisket pieces, smoked sausages and vegetables in a large platter. Serve the hotpot hot, accompanied by whole-grain mustard for a spicy and traditional touch.
