  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained zucchini, grated cheese, eggs, oatmeal, chopped chives, and pepper.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined into a thick, cheesy mixture.

Step 3: Bake to Perfection

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Spoon the zucchini mixture evenly onto a lightly greased baking dish or lined tray.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown on top and cooked through.
