Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Sticky Rice

  1. Sauté the Broccoli:
In the same skillet or wok, add another 1–2 tablespoons of oil if needed. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry over high heat for 4–5 minutes, or until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Stir frequently to prevent burning and promote even cooking.
  2. Combine and Finish:
Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the broccoli. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together to coat evenly. Stir continuously for about 1 minute, just until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken and broccoli.
  3. Serve:
Spoon the stir-fry over bowls of freshly steamed sticky rice. Enjoy hot and fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and are just as delicious the next day!

Pro Tip: For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions. You can also double the sauce if you prefer extra sauciness for your rice.
