Chocolate Strawberry Cream Crepe Roll

3️⃣ Prepare the Cream Filling

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to assemble.

4️⃣ Assemble the Crepe Roll

  1. Lay cooled crepes slightly overlapping on a piece of parchment paper to form a large rectangle.
  2. Spread an even layer of whipped cream down the center.
  3. Add halved strawberries over the whipped cream.
  4. Using the parchment for support, roll the crepes into a tight log shape, pressing gently as you go.
  5. Wrap the roll in parchment and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
