Classic Tiramisu with Fresh Berries and Caramel Drizzle

Step 3 – Assemble the Tiramisu

  1. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso mixture — do not soak, as they will become too soft.
  2. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a square or rectangular serving dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat the process with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream.
  5. Use a spatula to smooth the top, ensuring a clean, even surface.

Step 4 – Chill and Finish

  1. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight for best flavor and texture).
  2. Before serving, dust the top generously with unsweetened cocoa powder.
