 Ingredients (4 people)
• 600 g chicken fillets, cut into pieces
• 200 g button mushrooms, sliced
• 100 g bacon or cured ham in small pieces
• 1 onion, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 25 cl of full-fat liquid cream
• 1 tablespoon mustard (optional, but delicious!)
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 15 cl chicken stock
• Salt and pepper
• 1 drizzle of oil or a knob of butter
• Fresh parsley for finishing (optional)
