1ļøā£ Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Grease and flour a standard bundt pan, making sure to coat every crevice to prevent sticking.
2ļøā£ Cream the Butter, Cream Cheese & Sugar
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until the mixture is light, fluffy, and paleāabout 3ā5 minutes.
3ļøā£ Add the Eggs & Flavorings
- One at a time, beat in the eggs, making sure each one is fully incorporated before adding the next.
- Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
4ļøā£ Mix in Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the flour and salt to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed just until no streaks of flour remain. Do not overmixāthis helps keep the cake tender.
5ļøā£ Bake the Cake
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60ā70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6ļøā£ Cool & Serve
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
