Doritos Pizza Rolls with Sausage

Place a spoonful of the sausage and cheese mixture in the center of each dough rectangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Roll gently to form small logs or balls, ensuring there are no open seams.

5. Coat with Doritos:

Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs (you can use a food processor or place them in a bag and crush with a rolling pin). Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll it in the crushed Doritos until fully coated. The Dorito layer will create a crunchy, flavorful shell once baked.
