- Mix: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with milk and melted butter. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Cook: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and quickly swirl to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until the crêpe is set and slightly crisp at the edges.
- Serve: Stack or roll the crêpes on plates and serve warm.
- Garnish: Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of melted chocolate, and fresh strawberries for an extra indulgent treat.
