½ liter of clean, mineral water
3 fresh fig leaves
Preparation and consumption
Place the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the fig leaves and let them cook for 15 minutes. After that, turn off the heat, strain the infusion you prepared, and drink it.
This infusion should not be sweetened. Drink one cup on an empty stomach; it should be lukewarm, neither too cold nor too hot.
