🥣 Step-by-step preparation
🔥 Step 1: Prepare the garlic butter
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the pressed garlic, fresh parsley, a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
Spread each slice of bread generously with this mixture.
🍤 Step 2: Cooking the shrimp
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the shrimp, lemon juice, a little salt, pepper and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, just to sear them.
Remove them from the heat: they will finish cooking in the oven.
🧑 🍳 Step 3: Assembly
Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Spread the grated cheese over each slice.
Place 2 shrimp on each slice of bread.
Sprinkle with dried parsley (and chilli if you like a little kick!).
🔥 Step 4: Bake
at 200°C (fan) for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, and the bread is crispy.
