- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1–2 cups diced green chiles (roasted preferred)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1–2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
