Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowl

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to coat evenly with the oil and spices.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pieces are golden brown on all sides and cooked through. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and remain juicy inside. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the Vegetables

  1. In the same pan, add a small drizzle of olive oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are bright green and just tender. You can also steam the broccoli for a softer texture if preferred.
  3. Once the broccoli is nearly done, add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes more, just until the tomatoes begin to soften and release their juices.
