Instructions
1. Make the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form an even crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the filling.
2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mousse:
- In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse evenly over the chilled crust.
3. Create the Chocolate Ganache:
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl until steaming, but not boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes to melt the chocolate.
- Stir until smooth, glossy, and fully combined. Let cool for a few minutes before pouring over the peanut butter layer.
- Pour the ganache evenly over the top of the peanut butter mousse and gently spread it with a spatula.
4. Chill & Serve:
