No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

Instructions

1. Make the Base:

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed between your fingers. Set aside β€” this will add texture and flavor to the cheesecake balls.

2. Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract using a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
