Puff Pastry with Nutella and Hazelnuts

🍴 Preparation – Step by Step

1. Preheat the Oven

Set the oven to 190°C (fan) or 200°C (conventional).

2. Prepare the Pastry

Unroll the puff pastry. Cut it into 6 equal squares (or smaller, if you prefer bite-sized treats).

3. Add the Filling

Place 1 teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each square. Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

4. Seal the Pastry

Fold each square into a triangle or bring all four corners toward the center. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.

5. Brush with Egg Wash

Lightly brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

6. Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the pastries are puffed and golden brown.
