🍰 Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan lightly with butter or oil.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Spread the jam evenly over the surface and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Cover with the remaining batter and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out
