🍰 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking pan lightly with butter or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add oil, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Spread the jam evenly over the surface and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  6. Cover with the remaining batter and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out
