Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the chicken breasts on a clean cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the thickest part of each breast, keeping the knife parallel to the cutting board. Be careful not to cut all the way through — the goal is to create a deep pocket that will hold the filling.
  3. Season the chicken breasts on both sides and inside the pockets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. This helps infuse flavor into the meat before cooking.

2️⃣ Make the Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until well blended — the mixture should be creamy and slightly sticky from the cheese.
  2. Stuff each chicken pocket with an equal amount of the broccoli-cheese mixture, pressing it gently into the pocket. If needed, secure the openings with toothpicks to keep the filling in place during cooking.
