Season lightly with pepper (no need to salt at this point if your brisket is salty enough).
First cooking:
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes, from the moment the valve starts to whistle.
Step 4: Cooking the Potatoes and Sausages
Add the Potatoes and Sausages:
Open the pressure cooker after the first cooking phase, then add the whole potatoes (or halved if large) and the smoked sausages.
Close the pressure cooker and cook again for 10 to 15 minutes, still from the whisper of the valve.
