Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper. Arrange the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
3. Add the Dressing & Asparagus:
Drizzle olive oil over the trimmed asparagus and toss to coat. Arrange the asparagus around the chicken in the baking dish. Pour the Caesar dressing evenly over the chicken breasts, spreading it with the back of a spoon to coat well.
4. Top with Parmesan:
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and asparagus. The cheese will melt into the dressing and create a golden, flavorful crust as it bakes.
