Chocolate Strawberry Cream Crepe Roll

1️⃣ Make the Crepe Batter

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, whisking continuously until the batter is silky and lump-free.
  4. Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes to allow bubbles to settle and ensure tender crepes.

2️⃣ Cook the Crepes

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  2. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling quickly to coat the bottom evenly.
  3. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook another 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a plate to cool completely.
