- Prep the Ingredients: Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit gently with your hands or a rolling pin until it’s large enough to wrap around one sausage completely.
- Wrap the Sausage: Place one sausage in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the biscuit dough around the sausage, pinching the edges together to seal. Make sure there are no openings so the cheese stays inside as it cooks.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and let it preheat for a couple of minutes.
- Cook: Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Leave a little space between each one to allow even cooking. Air fry at 330°F for about 8 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove the kolaches carefully and let them cool slightly before serving. They’re best enjoyed warm — soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and bursting with cheesy sausage flavor.
