đȘ Preparation of the ingredients
Preheat your oven to 180°C (th.6).
In a hot pan, fry the bacon with the shallot until golden brown. Drain off excess fat if needed.
Lightly butter a casserole dish or individual ramekins.
đ§ Mix
the crĂšme fraĂźche in the bottom of the dish.
Add the bacon and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Gently crack the eggs on top, making sure not to break the yolks.
Season lightly with salt and pepper (be careful, the bacon is already salted).
đ„ Bake
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the whites are cooked but the yolks are still runny. Keep an eye on the cooking!
When you come out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
