Fried Cabbage with Shrimp, Sausage & Bacon

Instructions

1. Cook the Bacon:

In a large skillet or wok, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving about 1–2 tablespoons of bacon drippings in the pan for flavor.

2. Sauté the Onion & Sausage:

Add the chopped onion and sliced sausage to the skillet with the bacon drippings. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage starts to brown and the onions become soft and fragrant.

3. Add the Cabbage:

Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with seafood seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to combine well. Sauté for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage begins to wilt but still has a bit of crunch.

4. Cook the Shrimp:
