Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. For extra flavor, reserve ½ cup of pasta water to adjust the sauce later if needed.

2. Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large skillet or sauté pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess fat to keep the sauce smooth and creamy.

3. Season the Beef:

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the cooked beef. Stir well to coat evenly and enhance the meaty flavor base of your dish.

4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing it to warm through and begin to simmer gently. Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth. The sauce should be thick, creamy, and silky. If it feels too thick, stir in a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen it slightly.

5. Combine Pasta and Bacon:
