Succulent Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops with Herbs

1. Prepare the Seafood

  1. Pat the scallops and lobster tails dry with paper towels — this ensures a perfect sear.
  2. Season lightly with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. Sear the Scallops

  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. When the pan is hot and butter starts to sizzle, add scallops and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Cook the Lobster
