3. Cook the Lobster
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter. Place lobster tails meat-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Flip them over and cook another 3–4 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
4. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet along with minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic!).
- Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle in chopped parsley.
- Return scallops and lobster to the skillet, spooning the buttery sauce over the top to coat everything evenly.
5. Serve & Enjoy
- Transfer the lobster and scallops to serving plates.
- Drizzle remaining garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Garnish with extra herbs and a wedge of lemon for a bright finish.
