Succulent Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops with Herbs

3. Cook the Lobster

  1. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter. Place lobster tails meat-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
  2. Flip them over and cook another 3–4 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.

4. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet along with minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic!).
  2. Stir in lemon juice and sprinkle in chopped parsley.
  3. Return scallops and lobster to the skillet, spooning the buttery sauce over the top to coat everything evenly.

5. Serve & Enjoy

  1. Transfer the lobster and scallops to serving plates.
  2. Drizzle remaining garlic butter sauce over the top.
  3. Garnish with extra herbs and a wedge of lemon for a bright finish.
