2️⃣ White Chocolate Ganache (Filling or Drizzle)
Ingredients:
- 4 oz (115 g) white chocolate, finely chopped
- ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
Instructions:
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan or in the microwave until just simmering.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and glossy. Let cool until it thickens slightly.
- Use as a drizzle on top of cupcakes, or fill the centers using a piping bag.
