White Chocolate Blueberry Cupcakes

2️⃣ White Chocolate Ganache (Filling or Drizzle)

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz (115 g) white chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Heat the cream in a small saucepan or in the microwave until just simmering.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped white chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth and glossy. Let cool until it thickens slightly.
  4. Use as a drizzle on top of cupcakes, or fill the centers using a piping bag.
